In short, Taiwan is a small island surrounded by the Pacific Ocean, and its population on the island is crowded and numerous, so Taiwanese livelihood must rely on unlimited economic resources from other countries and not on its own limited resources. ��Therefore, the economy is very important to Taiwanese development.��Moreover, although the Taiwanese inherit the long history of China, they never forget the corrupt Ching dynasty, which sent Taiwan to be a colony of Japan at the end of World War One.��In fact, Taiwan had been a colony of Japan for fifty years before World War Two.��Consequently, the Taiwanese strive for themselves to be prosperous and strong. �In addition, the religious strength of Taiwan is very important to keep peace among people and to purify the people?s minds because it persuades people how to do good deeds and charitable works.��However, some of the young people in Taiwan forget the strenuous history of their forefathers, and they like to eat but hate to work. Consequently, the educational system plays the most important role to teach the young people and to correct them. Furthermore, knowledge is the base of success in Taiwan, and the promotion of knowledge should rely on the promotion of education.��All in all, these four aspects are really important to explain Taiwanese success.
